This unique pendant is formed from the bowl of an antique French Hors D’Oeuvres serving spoon, bought from the wonderful Brocante Market in L’Isle Sur La Sorgue.
The pierced pattern was designed to allow fluid to drip through & so I was told it may have been used for olives or something similar, alternatively it may have been used to sift sugar.
The attractive design has been cut out of the silver bowl & helps to create a unique and unusual pendant.
It hangs on a 24 inch silver chain.
The pendant is 7 cm long
